سياسة الاستبدال
في متجر ستوديو مَثَل، نحرص على تقديم منتجات بجودة عالية، لذا لا نقبل الإرجاع أو استرداد الأموال. ولكن في حال استلام منتج به تلف مصنعي، يسعدنا استبداله وفقًا للشروط التالية:
شروط استبدال المنتج التالف:
- يجب على العميل إثبات التلف المصنعي عبر تصوير المنتج بوضوح وإرسال الصور إلى بريدنا الإلكتروني: mathal.creat@gmail.com .
- يجب إرسال طلب الاستبدال خلال 5 أيام من استلام الطلب.
- يتحمل المتجر تكاليف الشحن لإرسال المنتج البديل في حال ثبوت وجود تلف مصنعي.
- لا يتم استرداد الأموال، بل يتم إرسال منتج جديد للعميل بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه.

Replacement Policy
At Mathal Studio Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to replace it under the following conditions:
Conditions for Replacing a Defective Product:
- The customer must provide proof of the defect by clearly photographing the product and sending the images to our email: mathal.creat@gmail.com.
- The replacement request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Mathal Studio Store will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product if the defect is confirmed.
- Refunds are not issued; instead, a new product will be sent to the customer after reviewing and approving the request.
